I've gained about 10 lbs or so over the past few months. Which is good for me because I weighed like 90lbs. I've been noticing my boobs are actually getting bigger (yay), but I don't want to get a nasty stomach. So far it looks fine, but if I start to not like it, can I do situps and only loose the fat from my stomach. I'm just afraid if I work out my stomach that I could loose my boobs, and I def don't want to do that since I just got them! haha. What do you think?

work out and try not to drop weight then. I am sure if you tone up a bit and add a bit more muscle to your body you should not lose you extra fat in the boobs. Check out some pilates and try some belly dancing DVD too. Also hiphop abs and boot camp are great dvd's to get also once you start working out remember to increase you cal intake so you will not lose your weight.

Some people gain weight all over. So your boobs get bigger too. When you lose weight, the boobs shrink. Doing situps isn't going to make your boobs smaller unless you work out hard enough to lose weight. Keep doing the sit ups and keep your fat intake low. You might try weight lifting and work your pecs by doing bench presses and things. that way you keep those big boobs from hitting your six pack!

I'm assuming you're young, so just focus on your lifestyle and not your appearance!

Situps won't shape your stomach or your boobs. They'll just make the muscles tighter and stronger.

Just focus on eating a healthy diet, and being active.

your overall body-weight has increased which is why your boobs have gotten bigger. What you need to do is watch what you eat and do some sort of cardiovascular exercise at least 3-4 times a week to lower your overall body fat. Personally I rather be with a girl who has a really nice body than a chubby girl with big boobs. Perhaps you were too thin before and now you've reached a good body weight. It's hard to tell since we cant see you.

Yes, this is very possible. The results can be diminished by working out or a change of diet. But if you keep doing whatever caused you to gain weight, the results will stay or increase. (: Hope I helped.

i'm afraid doing sit ups will not isolate fat on the stomach. to lose fat you will need a good low carb diet (of course) and to run or walk for exercise. do cardio work.
you wont lose too much boobs (probably none) if it isn't intense training.

To lose weight one must burn more calories than one consumes. A healthy diet and balanced cardio and strength exercise routine will work. Doing situps or other strength/resistance training will not reduce fat in the target area. Think about it this way, when you lose weight, all the fat cells in your body get a little smaller. Doing exercises to target a specific body part only helps you firm up the underlying muscle, it cannot reduce fat from that area.
