Shavasana is auto suggestion for total relaxation, both mentally and spiritually, after physical exhaustion. It can never be a sin. It is a sin to call Yoga a sin.

No, shavasana, a yoga technique is not a sin, that is, as I see it. I often have trouble getting to sleep and one technique I use , is to pray. Many a night I have drifted off into a very peaceful sleep while in prayer.
