Against the odds, you may be able to stay best friends after being "boyfriend/girlfriend" if it doesn't last forever. Whether you stay friends or move on to more, you need to CHILL! If he's truly your friend, he won't freak on you if you try talking to him. Remember, you're both on the same wavelength, according to you. If you're kissing, it's already moving in the more serious direction. Right now you may be filling a void in each other's lives, and that's great. Try to look at the big picture, and step back from the relationship to see if it has potential. Communication/sharing thoughts and feelings is a good thing. If you don't communicate, nothing happens. NOTHING! Communicating is what you've been doiong 'til 3a.m. Keep the trend going and share your feelings. If he does happen to freak out, consider it a sign that he wasn't mature enough to handle it. Maybe when he gets a little older. Good luck, and whatever you do, don't give the milk for free if he don't buy the cow!LOL

With the 3am I would take it slower than that and not talk too much. You might like each other. But in the end it ruins the surprises in life then it gets boring! I am married 35 yrs. Write letters. they did in the past. With Jown Adams. When they got seperated and went to fight. All they did was communication through letters. You can keep that forever. And pictures with letters as well.
Call but not too often it ruins the fun. And become too attached.
Take walks and other cool stuff. Do things to get to know each other before those feelings kick in.
You are still the most important person.
Have a great day take it slow.

Hello, well to be honest most of the guys on this world would like you at this point if they were in the guys shoes especially the fact that you have kissed as well....but maybe he likes you as a girlfriend and as a friend at the same time and doesn't wanna go out with you because he doesnt want your relationship as a friend to get messed up incase you break up with a cold ending, this happens to a lot of people so don't feel werid.Good luck

If you talk to him, don't ask him, tell him. Simply and briefly tell him how you feel, without any pressure to respond to what you say. This will encourage an honest relationship (even if only friends) Take it easy. Feeling this way doesn't have to lead to anything big. No need to rush either. If the pressure of not saying anything to anyone gets to you, try talking to a safe friend or wise family member.

You have two options that I see work with my lady-friends often: 1) Just ask him - casually. Don't make a big deal of it, in fact, don't even look him in the eyes when you ask. (Cuddled on the couch for a movie for example. If the mood gets awkward, you can both just go back to the movie.)
Or... 2) Shuddup and kiss him. If he stops you, you are his friend and the kiss is awkward for him. if not... well, enjoy your night!
Oh, and...no disrespect intended to your family, but don't let your mother determine if you'll care about someone.

Judging by your paragraph he is a little boy too or at least he had better be. If a friend of yours asked you about the same situation, what would you answer be? Undoubtedly you would tell her yes because you can tell and by the way, your mom already knows. She just does.

If he does like you, then listen to what your heart has to say. Try the relationship out for a while. If you guys break up, then you are too good for him. Remember : Everyone will find the right person in their lives sooner or later.

I suppose what you should do is to be honest with him. Men like girls to be honest with them. And if it really doesnt work out the way you wanted it too, then its ok. Take your time to build up the relationship.
Judging from the description you gave, its 99.999% that's he's yours.
Hope this helps you in one way or another.
