It's not like our theory is completely unrealistic. We asked that same question and did research to figure it out. This is the best we've got so far.

No, none of nature is just a flook and it is all awesome. It just wasn't created by some magical fantasy God. It was created over billions of years by the process of evolution. Science has proved this. Quit living on a flat Earth.

I respond with a question in kind, directed toward both Christians and Atheists.

Why do we continually berate each other for our beliefs or lack thereof? If we are all so secure in our own belief systems, what is the point of attacking the beliefs of others?
We obviously have different ideas about the universe than each other because we perceive the universe and humanity on different terms, wouldn't it be more productive for ourselves and for the benefit of humanity were we to become paragons of peace and stop this infighting?

We have those 'wow' moments all the time. The difference is, we don't say "I don't know, therefore god"; we say "I don't know, lets try and find out".

"it seams to me it is the easy way out ,to think no one created this all"
On the contrary, god is what you put in the place of a legitimate answer. It is the ultimate argument form ignorance--the ultimate 'easy way out'--to simply say "god did it".

You take away a little piece of the beauty of nature every time you say it.

Everything you mentioned can be explained by science. There are way too many imperfections to think we have a creator. If there is then that creator made millions of mistakes. Just because we interpret something as beautiful doesn't mean that a creator did it. Not to mention that your definition of a creator is an opinion. There are hundreds of different "Creators" as defined by many different cultures and time periods.

After reading your message, I think God missed out on giving you the gift to spell words correctly.

Of course we see all the wonderful things in the world. But I don't feel the need to make up a diety to explain how it all happened. In fact one of the things I love about the world is its mystery.

Have you studied any science and evolution at all or have you just taken for fact what it says in a 2,000 year old book?

Do a bit of studying, then think again. You"ll be amazed at what you might learn.

Maybe, MAYBE someone created the universe in which we live. Certainly, the awesome beauty of this universe could understandably lead one to that conclusion. But that's exactly why I reject the Bible, and the God depicted therein - that prick doesn't have the capacity to recognise or understand beauty, let alone create it.

LOL! Pick up a science book, it actually explains these things. Why must you assume that something was poofed into existence by a magical fairy because you think it looks neat?
