I have samll charity and I am looking for professionals who chould help me or guied me to improve my work.

Contact Samaritans Purse or the Southern Baptist Convention, I am sure they will be glad to help you and give you some advice for free, You might find an attorney that will give you some free advice but I would think that would be unlikely, your state government should have an sec. of state office that should be able to help also. You don't say where you are, geographically-speaking. If you are in the developing world, or you serve communities in the developing world, and you are an officially-registered charity, you can use the UN's Online Volunteering service to recruit volunteers (online only) who can help you with strategies for your work, evaluation of your work to date, etc.

If you are in the USA and are officially registered, you can use VolunteerMatch to recruit an onsite volunteer to help advise your organization.
