Whether it's legal or not, 14 yea olds aren't old enough to have sex physically or emotionally. The 17 year old is just going to be using them and the 14 year od is going to think it is love. In some states, the age difference can't be greater than 2 years. But an 18 year old is an adult. In some states, it can be considered statuatory rape and you can go to jail plus have to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life. Is sex with someone you don't love worth that, regardless of age?

OMG Sorry, i'm getting very disillusioned particularly lol and if that have been my son, he'd in no way the gentle of day. a million) She's fourteen, and as somebody spoke of, she's a minor! 2) That age distinction isn't good. 3) this is unlawful!!! 4) tell him, on the same time as he resides below your roof, eating the nutrition you're making, he can be obeying your rules and listening to you. in case you already informed him to diminish it off countless circumstances and he did no longer pay attention, decrease off each and everything else he has. His cellular telephone, television, laptop each and everything! placed bars on the window, and floor him until eventually he supplies a truthful and significant apology explaning that he's sorry for each little thing he placed you by using and so on. tell him, he's fortunate which you even cared for him those kinds of years. there is teenagers accessible, who's father and mom supply their lives away to drugs and different terrible issues. you're his father and mom, you're on top of issues, he HAS to take heed to you and know your desires and perspectives. Sorry if that sounds severe, yet my mom taught me to be strict and that i do only no longer tolerate that type of stuff. and all of us has diverse perspectives, am I remarkable? good luck, i desire each and everything is going wonderful and you may make each and everything circulate swell. good bye, have a delightful day. Sorry lol i'm getting under pressure particularly :p As you may locate.

If they're married--and to do that they would probably have to have permission from a judge. I know they used to give permission for that long ago, but doubt you could get it now!
(Usually the girl was pregnant at the time, now a judge would probably just recommend an abortion.)

no it is considered statutory rape either way consent will not keep the older person from being prosocuted by the state so id be very careful before u do anythng like that u could end up in prison or they could whichever is older..
