My friends had the idea to get married on horseback, and that worked out nicely for them... the bride rode her own horse but the groom had to rent one.. it went off without a hitch (no pun intended); We are having a time planning a fantasy-themed wedding and I would like to ride down the aisle on a unicorn... preferably draft-horse sized and black ( a freisian would do nicely) any help would be great

Okay guys, i have had enough with the smart-*** answers, obviously i am not planning an indoor wedding, and obviously i am not looking for a REAL unicorn; my son's friend had a pony birthday party that had cute little ponies dressed up as unicorns for her, and so I was wondering if anyone knew of any sort of place where a grown-up could get something similar, only black to fit the wedding better, and big enough for me to ride. Thanks for all the genuine answers, folks, i am actually trying to find a consultant too. Keep those answers coming!

nicely, it somewhat is a various concept! i like it! You did no longer say in case you have been arriving in a marriage gown or some thing greater casual. it looks you opt for a rustic music that captures the 2nd. i'd discover an artist which you like and hit upon a music from there. listed under are some dumb recommendations besides the undeniable fact that it might desire to get you thinking: Cowboy Take Me Away by using the dixie chicks nonetheless the single by using Shania Twain (and quite some different songs by using her) additionally look at Kenny Rodgers, Willie Nelson and different large mainstream singers. you will have too many to choose for between! sturdy luck and characteristic relaxing on your large day!

I don't know that any owner would allow you to stick a horn on the horses head, but you could always ask at local stables or riding schools, or try local breweries (some still use horses).

call local stables. they can probly rent the horse and handler but i doubt you will get one they will put a horn on.
you might be able to talk someone in to it if you can create one from foam so it's not heavy and see if there is a way to attach it via ribbon or non harmful glue.
you might just have to settle for the horse.
nothing wrong with that at all!

That's cool, but I don't think they "make unicorns", the best you can do is a "White or Black Horse". Unless they glue a gold horn to his head...that's a cool idea!

I'd be careful, Because your friend did the same! i would try and do something different maybe even better then what she did.
cuz if she goes to your wedding she will be judging and saying you copied her,no matter how close you are, all girls do that!

You mentioned 'aisle'.. are you getting married in a church ? Lots of churches won't let you bring animals inside!

HA! a unicorn? you've got to be kidding!

seriously though, I think they rent them down on main street next to the leprechaun shop... it's right across the street from the easter bunny emporium.
