E3 visa Transfer from one company to another?

Hello again,
I want to know the process of transferring E3 visa from one employer to another.Is it too long?How to go for it?

The transfer must be with the consent of the employer and the Embassy and the process could be longer than the normal application due to the verification and to resolve conflicts.
