I am nice to this guy but haven't been leading him on AT ALL. Thing is- he's just desperate for a girlfriend. Well I am totally not into him and Never could be. I work with him and one night he kinda hinted. Next day asked me to a movie. I said "No thanks" and the next time I work wih him(which happens to be the NEXT DAY!) he asked me to a specififc movie. I said, no thanks. And he was like "What? you dont like..." and he said the actor's name. I mean what the h***!?! How can I say NO so he will GET IT? It is very obnxious.

Tell him. You dont want to be harrased and he's a guy and guys are slow...they think you like them when you do certain stuff. you mite not think you're leading him on but in his mind you mite be. the best bet for you is to tell him..hey I dont like you...its nothing personal but you're just not my type...somethiing like that...Dont lose your self respect and be mean to him just try and talk to him do just give hints.

Just be straight with this dude, he might think you are playing hard to get. Sometimes honesty is the best policy! This guy does not see that you are not interested, instead he sees the thrill of the chase, you have to quell it before it reaches uncontrollable levels. The longer you leave it the harder it will be!
What makes you say he's desperate for a girlfriend? He may really be into you! It's cool that you don't feel the same but do him and yourself a favor and tell him! I know this won't be easy but it has to be done!!

That's a thought tell him to don't date any one you work with ,tell him it makes it hard to work.Maybe he will stop working there thinking you will see him more then.Tell him you just got over a bad brake up and your not ready for a new relationship so soon.Some men can be so pushy you just want to just push back but try what I said and see if it works.let me know how things work out.

start off calmly in a normal voice... i said no, i mean no, i'm not interested. then get louder and louder and louder till everyone in the store can hear you,... i do not want to go anywhere with you, how many times do i have to tell you no before you get the hint i'm not into you. the imbarrassment will make him stop.

say "i dont want to go out with you". Because to me it seems like if i ask like a friend if they wanna see a movie and they say no, ill let it go and think they just dont wanna see on. Then if i say a specific one that they would like and they say no, i will ask why they dont wanna see it.
Maybe he is just a friend, or maybe he thinks you are saying no to the movie and not to him.

Yeah, that is annoying. Just keep saying no, don't smile/laugh..etc when you say no (things that he could think are flirting), and if you want to be really blunt, flat out say "I don't want to go out with you/ I am not interested in you".

Rather than just saying "no, thanks", give him an explanation. Tell him that you're not looking to date anyone, especially in the workplace. If you're just honest and up front about it like that, he should understand.
