In a way, but not a civil war as in back in our countries early days. Hell, go to LA, there you have hispanics and blacks fighting each other because they live 2 blocks away from each other, shooting kids on street corners because of their race. We have liberals and conservatives fighting a verbal civil war, but all these people are all americans, no different , not one of them better than another

They're their and there aren't replaceable whenever you feel like.
Secondly, NO there's no "technical" civil war, but all wars are civil, since all of mankind are brothers. If you want to count gang problems and the fight against that, I would say that's the closest you'll get to a "civil war".

civil wars tend to be noisy and attract lots of attention!!!

Yes and she is winning.....but I learned how to survive
a battle or two...all I have to do is agree with her and
the battle is over...where's the fight if the parties agree?
