all right lets get this over with =[ im 13 i weigh 162 yes im fat =[ i was skin and bones as a child but i dont no what went wrong im wanting to go down to 110,115,120, or maybe 128 i need help i just know i should not be this heavy will someone please help me with this?!?!?!

I know, I said it twice, but it was to prove my next point:

There is a weight loss solution. With diet, exercise, and commitment.

Eat baked chicken, wheat pasta, tuna, wheat bread\crackers, lots of fruits\vegetables, and wheat cereal.

Pasta with a sliced baked chicken breast, and a little bit of basil with olive oil (go light on the olive oil) is just as delicious as any fast food, or other food. Eat ORGANIC for more nutrients. Pasta with organic tomato sauce is always good. Eat bananas, apples, and all of that stuff too. Vegetables, I admit, even I don't eat enough of.

Run, jog, walk, whatever. I suggest setting a time in the day for you to work out, the best time being right after school.
