The drive for five is alive and well. Jimmie's driving for his fifth win in a row at Homestead. Go Jimmie, drive for five!

I'mma huge 24 fan but i have to tell you i was sort of puzzled by hearing Jeff say that it was "over" I'm not a big fan of giving up until the final lap, as they cross the checkered flag. And why doesnt Jimmie have to have a problem for Gordon to win? Maybe Jimmie misses the set up and he runs 25th the whole night and Gordon wins the race. Maybe its wishful thinking but long time 24 fans will remember the "refuse to lose" saying they adopted during their 97&98 title runs. So i hope Jeff doesnt conceed the title just yet. This is auto racing and anything can happen. The racing Gods may decide to throw Jimmie and chad a curve ball when they are use to hitting fast balls. I'm just saying its not over till its over.

It's dead, but remember this: In Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty's world, Jeff Gordon is a six time cup champion! Jimmy Johnson is a two-time champion of ten races.

Not without problems from Jimmie. My mom and I was just talking last night that maybe Jimmie can get stuck in the pits and Jeff stay out and caution comes out so its not like he gets caught in a wreck or something!
