Nooooo. Gatorade is only good if your running a marathon that day. Otherwise it's just like drinking soda.

Im not very partial to water either. I can never seem to drink down a full glass of water from the tap. Because I am not drinking enough water, I started filtering my water. It is much better water. I think that it is because of the chlorine in the city water that gags me. You can also buy filtered water in large dispenser bottles in 3 gal. or 5 gal. size. I purchaed a dispenser and plan to start buying filtered water at Winco. it is like .39 cents a gallon or something like that. You refill your own jugs. Anyway alot cheaper then buying small bottles of bottled water. I believe gatorade is a sports drink when you exercise alot. I wouldnt use it as a water replacement.

Gatorade, tea, and any kind of vitamin water, isn't going to be the perfect substitute for water. Those drinks have sugar in it too, and you don't want to consume too much sugar. Try puttng strawberries or lemon, or lime in your water to give it a little flavor. You also want to be careful drinking to much vitamin water, too much vitamins isn't good for you. You need to be drinking about 8, 8oz of water a day. It's good for you and the baby.

Gatorade has so much sugar you might as well down a soda. As suggested, a squeeze of fresh lemon in your water is always good. Try Crystal Light -- that's what I'm always drinking. It has no sugar, no nothing, and they come in a variety of flavors. Also, drink with a straw. Serious. You end up drinking more!!

There is no substitute for water AT ALL. Water is required for the cells in your body to function properly. You require 6-8 glasses of it DAILY (something very easy to accomplish).

No. Gator ade is good if you need it. Not for recreation, or as a sub for H2O.

Drink water with a twist of lemon or lime in it. If you just need taste use a little artificial sweetner, or eat sugar free jello.

Nothing is a good substitute for water. Try, adding a slice of lemon in your water. You need water to stay hydrated.

No, not at all.
Add something to your water, like lemon or lime... Your body must have water and lots of it for your organs to all function correctly.

Maybe try and make herbal iced teas, but don't neglect that water intake.
