We have not spoken in 3 days. Everytime we're in the same room, he doesn't make eye contact. I feel grossed out at what he was doing. It wasn't just the typically thing he was doing. He had a pillow and balloons, etc. How can I get this out of my mind?

You didn't say if you're a guy or a girl, or how old the two of you are, but if you're a grown up I don't see why it should be a problem. After all, humans are naturally sexual creatures and even though we tend to keep it private, why not just brush it off as no big deal? It could help to talk to him and let him know it's okay. That might lessen the tension between you, especially if he's embarrassed too. By the way, does this bother you because you've never masturbated? It really is an okay thing to do, just best kept private.

Sorry that had to happen. You really can't get the picture out of your m ind. Unfortunately it will pop up in your mind for the rest of your life now. Gross I know!!! But life goes on and people do these things, so let it wear off in time and just deal with it the best you can. There is no good answer for this quesiton. Time....and do your best to let it go. Picture anything else you can...at least for a while. Good luck to you.

Next time knock or hopefully he locks the door. It is totally natural what he is doing, although it would be somewhat weird for someone to walk in on. Just try to forget about it and don't make a big deal about it. You did not mention how old you were, which would make a difference in how you would view his self-loving. Remember it is safe sex.

Jacking off is completely normal, completely healthy and completely FUN! What's the big deal? It can of course be embarrassing when we get caught doing it ourselves. I speak from experience...I was sitting naked on the toilet jacking off as a teenager when my younger sister walked in on me. As far as the person doing the catching, I would just laugh it off. You weren't caught in the act! All part of life my friend and it's happened to most of us. Forget it!

Try not to think about it. Focus on something else.
