I need to get his attention, when it comes to him im the shy?

Hi ill start out by saying im a freshmen in high school. yes, sadly. But im one of those few freshmen who hang out with all the juniors and sophmores. I have this class where all grades are in it. its 2d art. theres this kid named victor who isn't really popular, hes apparently really funny, weird, and the best head of hair ive probably seen in a guy. hes a junior too and its not really a big thing cause my schools weird and yea. This weird small kid told him I think hes hot and he said cool, and the next day asked the kid If i liked him, i dont know what the small kid said to him. I see him in the hall alot. he looks at me alot. we never talk. i have a chance after class to say hey but it seems I don't have enough guts. Hes pretty mellow and is not rude so I don't know why. My friends make fun of me cause i like him so much and I talk about him alot. so what do I do to get his attention, and I know talking to him would help but **** man i just can't

Ever wonder why they tell kids their to young? This is one of those reason. It comes down to the fact that you don't understand males in general. Now that you see one that you like, all those issues are coming to bare. Your scared, you don't know how we are, you don't know how we'll react, and your pretty sure deep-down your not good enough. The reasons I know this is pretty simple, you havn't talk to him yet. So ether you suck it up, or you try to understand that guys are just like girls, just with different equipment and what matters is his charater not his apparence. But these are things learned, not taught, good luck! If you want to learn, shallow your pride, or learn patients, such is life.....
