Black people have their own Church's. But, you as a white , are also welcomed. As they are welcomed in white Church's. The big difference is the music and preachers. Lord I love to go to a black church, I get happy and love that preaching and brother, you know you have been to church. Not many white churches have that love like black folks do. And Lord have mercy if a white church saw you act like that they'd probably all faint. Like a stiff Baptist church. They don't even clap. Anyway, They love the Lord and show it. They preach the Word of God. It is AWSOME!!!!!

I didn't know blacks had their own churches.. hmmm
I just think if there is a white preacher you would see more whites in that church than blacks, and if there is a black preacher you would see more black in that church than whites. Its sad but true. But you would always see a few white people going to a church with a black preacher, and the same thing goes for black people in a church with a white preacher, you may see a few.
I guess we all worship differently. To me it doesn't matter what color you are, as long as I learn the Word of God.
And by the way darwin, I am not racist.

I know a long time ago churches were segregated, how sad, but I don't think they are nowadays. Probably, these "black" churches are in area where a lot of blacks live, that's my only theory. I don't see how a black preacher will teach/preach any different from a white one, they're both preaching the Gospel.

Black churches really only exist in the south for the most part... because they weren't always welcomed at white churches.
I have no personal experiences with churches, white or black, but you might get some stares if you went into a black church.

A church should be open to all. In the history of this country that has not always been the case.

They are being discriminated by the white people that is why they are going to a separate church , maybe of the same belief or another belief. Anyway that is their wich, let them go. Do not ry to disturb them by joining them. If you want to join them in their church, explain your side.

Blacks do not have their own churches. Anyone can go in them. We are white and do weddings in the churches(Photography) and all peope are welcome. Blacks have wonderful churches and are serious about their love for god.

While I've been black my entire life, and gone to various churches my entire life, I've never been to a "black church". And I thought I was pretty much familiar with my own culture!
Hmmm. I never woulda thunk it.

I've never heard of a "black" church that didn't let whites in. Try it, you may like it.
I wouldn't, but that's simply because I'm an atheist.

In most "Black" churches, you'd likely be welcome, just as in most "White" churches, others are welcome. The real issue is what the church teaches. If it's a real Christian church, everyone is welcome. I don't recall the Bible saying there should be separate churches for different races.
