Breakfast - Banana - Bowl of oatmeal - Glass of Skim Milk
#2 FatFree Yogurt- Half of all natural peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat bread.
#3 Lean chicken or fish, Vegatables (Carrots Broccoli), Brown Rice.
#4 Cup of Fat Free Cottage Cheese Mixed with fruit or protein bar low in sugar.
#5 Lean Chicken, Beef, Or fish. Vegatables ( Sweet Potatoes), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Glass of Skim Milk

Just an example. Drink plenty of water throughtout the day.

Meal 1
cooked egg whites
whole oatmeal
fruit

snack
apple w/ peanut butter

Meal 2
mixed green salad with poultry
lentil soup

snack
beef jerky or handful of mixed nuts/seeds

Meal 3
fish
2 cups steamed vegetables

snack
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

usually you eat 3 meals and 2 snacks like a fruit, or carrots.

so in your 3 meals it would be something with high protein (chicken, tofu, white eggs, tuna) keep carbs low unless its during the day which gives u energy.

Have you heard of the apple trick? Eating an apple before each meal has been linked to weight loss. Research "apple diet" on google. Good luck!
