Dont know what to do?

I don't know what to do. My ex and I are still into eachother because we never really broke up I just wanted space. Something happend and he has to go to trail for. He wants to send me to Miami during his trail. He's paid for it all and I still haven't made up my mind yet. The trail is going to start in December that's around my birthday. Should I go to court on him or should I go to Miami

My advice: get a new boyfriend and this time someone with a real job and hard working money. Scums are not good. Trust me in this one.I had several "fellas" as a friends.Same tune every time.
