recently ive been having problems getting a grip of reality, i cant hardly remember things, im constantly getting side tracked, and its sort of scaring me. Doesnt matter how hard i try, i still run into confusion or get destracted. Is it exaustion, stress, or somthing more serious. Does anyone else experiance these problems?

Please dont make any comments like "Stay off the drugs" its honstly nothing to do with that.

-Thanks for any answers -

you nailed both. you are over pushing yourself and have for long enough with lack of rest long enough your brain is having a hard time firing right.

years ago when I was going through building changes for my business, running the biz all the while building, I pushed myself too hard for over 9 months. I broke down bad enough one night at 11pm I just hit a point I had to get away. I packed and on my drive to Myrtle Beach for a week I called my partner, company is yours for a week, see ya!!

If you don't slow down, remove items, get rest, you will hit that same point I did. Its not fun. You either choose rest instantly or you check into hospital and play w/ your lips w/ your finger and make sounds.

Contact a medical doctor for an evaluation. They are the only ones that would be qualified to help you. Your symptoms can range from a simple diagnosis to a very severe one. Don't waste time as it could be of the essence.

Best wishes for good health.

I think you should consider getting a metabolic blood test to make sure you are not vitamin deficiant in any area. One vitamin you should just take no matter what is magnesium. I hear it is excellent in improving one's memory. Also, B vitamins are really important in combating stress which may be the cause of the memory loss.

It could be a lot of things......but, I'd definitely go to the doctor just to rule out any serious issues.......get a cat scan. Rule all of that out and then go from there.
