I could say anything off the McDonald's menu, but that's more than 5. While I can't name foods, I can tell you 5 things you shouldn't eat. 1) trans-fats. This means partially hydrogenated anything. Look on the back of food labels. And most products say they have no trans-fats...they are lying. If you look, they have a content just low enough that the FDA allows them to round down to 0g/serving. So watch for that. 2) simple sugars. obviously things like candy are bad for you in excess, but also things like tortillas, white bread, potatoes and other high carb foods that dont have whole grains are bad. Try to look for whole grain bread, cereals or other products. 3) DO eat things like blueberries and other fruits that have lots of antioxidants. prevents aging and cancer. 4) DO eat fresh fruit and veggies, prevents colon cancer specifically. 5) Eat everything in moderation. Eating is really the key to your health. Most people underestimate the calories they take in and overestimate how much they work off. If you think about exercise in terms of physics, the only energy you lose is the energy in the sound of the weights you lift and the force of overcoming friction...it isnt that much at all.

As A chef I can tell you that anything fried in a restaurant is going to be the worst thing for you. any food item that is highly processed or modified and then fried is really bad for you. fried items are high in the unsatured variety of fats. Food items such as frozen chicken tenders, tater tots, battered onion rings, texas toothpicks, mini corn dogs, mini burritos are really bad . most drive through burgers are prefabricated patties with other fillings beside meat. Mcdonalds get their burgers prefrozen and cooked all the way through from their purveyors.

Not sure there is such a thing as the 5 unhealthiest. Probably anything fried or high in fats and sugars with no nutritional value i.e. chips, donuts, candybars.

I think the 5 unhealthiest foods would be: fizzy drinks (especially cola), lollies/candy, processed meats (e.g. mince, sausages, and meat pies), anything fast food, and microwave meals.

French fries, Mac and Cheese, any fast food, cake, chips, anything breaded, deep fat fried like donuts or cheeseballs, anything with "corn syrup" in it. Beware of canned fruit that has corn syrup or corn starch added.

Starches. Fats. Foods that are starchy like Peas. Or Fats like some meats. Rice is a starch. Fried food. Avoid that too. Try to get 70% protein. 20 percent starch (carbs) and 10 percent fat.
