I'm sorry you feel so trapped. Admittedly, you and do have a bit in common though. I used to (and a lot of the time still do) constantly feel sick, trapped, or that I can't go on living. Good for you though that you don't do drugs or anything. I kinda went the wrong way and began cutting. (Not the easiest thing to quit, so I highly suggest you don't start or do anything similar.)

It does sound like you should try to get some professional help. Along with that, you should also try to find some more ways to spend your time. When I feel depressed I will often immerse myself into a book or do something to keep me busy. (Such as cleaning my room, because god knows it needs it.)

Although it took me some years, I also found myself a hobby... ANIME! ^_^ It sounds kinda geeky, but anime really is one of my favorite things in the world. After getting into anime, I began to do all sorts of new things. Instead of wasting all my time being depressed; I began doing things like learning Japanese online, reading manga, talking to people with similar tastes, and of course actually watching anime. Actually it was because of anime that I even have a job. After all, how else am I supposed to buy all that crap? ^^

I'm sure if you found a similar interest, you'd be at least a bit happier. Might I also suggest an anime for you? 'Welcome to the NHK' is a very good show. It's actually about a guy who is very paranoid and locks himself in his apartment all day. It's a miracle if he even leaves the place. Eventually, he comes to realize that everything is a 'conspiracy'. It's actually fairly funny, you should check it out. ^_^

I think that you should talk to a doctor and definitely go to counseling. It sounds like you have a lot of anxiety. You are very young and there is so much you can do with your life! Please get some help. It's not good to live in isolation and fear.

The best thing to do is see a professional about these fears. if you have any relatives get them to help you. You need to be brave and say yes i can get therough this and there is so much more to life. my husband has an anxiety disorder and it has been 5 years and he still is struggling but he goes out to the shops and buys things on his own, he used to get me to go to the counter and talk to the clerk, now he does, it takes a while but it is worth it he is much happier. but still has his down times. you can do it. just try it, you can always go home if it is too overwhelming. go for a walk and look at nature. centr yourself and only do things for yourself.

I think that we are all filled with the same fears, we all think about them, but press on anyway. you need to come to the realization that those thing happen, you can't change that.I always think. what is the worst that can happen? then figure the odds that it would. But see a doctor. you need to remember what triggered this fear and why you can't over come it. Life is short and you need to go and live it. Don't worry about what you can't change.

Did someone hurt you badly physically and emotionally in your younger years? You have the symptoms of someone who was sexually abused as a child.
I suggest you contact a mental health professional if you can afford. If not, contact mental health center.
Good luck and God bless.
