What can I do, do help this. Beside get rid of my cats? We are not at the point of sharing places so I shouldn't have to give up my cats now. my children will be upset if I had to. who am I kidding I would also have a fit if I had to give them up. I am ok with him not coming to my house, but if just being with me does it, what am I to do? I really like this guy alot and don't want to stop seeing him. Help

He may be allergic to the cat hairs that are on your clothes. Keep a clean set of clothes away from the cats in a sealed bag or keep a set of clean clothes at his place. You may need to dry clean them if washing the clothes doesn't work.

I agree with the first person. You need to wear freshly washed clothes, that you have not held or petted the cat while wearing. I am that allergic to cats also.
Allergy desensitation shots would take care of his problem, but they take several years to work and several thousand dollars. He could do that if his insurance would cover it.

Maybe he can get shots until the affair is over or you find homes for the cats (your place would have to thoroughly cleaned.) I'd hate to have to be in your situation: you gotta choose between 'scat 'n' cat'! I can't wait to tell my wife -- she'd pick her cats over me, anyday.

well dear your situation is hard..but face it..it's either him or the cats..he's allergic to them! decide..man or cats...man or cats...me personally i would choose with my heart..which one can you live without..?because if you choose him...what if you guys break up....then you will be without your cats and him..but if you choose to let him go..at least you will always have your cats....sticky situation...hope you choose carefully!
