Go for the pasta . I don't know what time it is where you are, but here it's getting late. The prep time for lasagna takes longer. If you really have a taste for lasagna, prep everything for it tonight, except the lasagna noodles, and have it ready to make tomorrow. That's what I do sometimes. I prepare different meals at once and store them. It taste even better that way because the flavors have a chance to marinate together. I've got a couple Porter House steaks marinating right now. I am about to go put them on the grill. You've gotten me hungry.

In my opinion, lasagna is better the day after it's made.
So for tonight only make pasta.
But hey, while you're at it, make lasagna for tomorrow.
