So i was browsing myspace recently and I found someone who i went to high school with.
Here's the thing, when we were nerdy freshmen we hung out with each other 24/7 because we were both new in town.
Then he ditched me for the cool kids. Seriously.

Grudges aside, i want an ice breaker so i can email him.
Naturally I'm a funny person but I've got major brain fart. Any good openers?

Way to keep in touch is a good one.

We spent every moment in the library together. (Yeah one of those kids) I am not sure if he'd like that memory again. LMAO

have you already requested him or talked to him? If not, you should ask, hey, do you remember me? And if he replys back yes then continue your conversation, and if he replies no,the it's a lost cause because he's a jerk and how would he forget. But if he does remember, why don't you bring up some good memories or good things you did together in the past.

Try something about his looks or an old high school memory that both of you remember and go from there. For instance, if he is gaining weight, you can try this for size:

"Hey _____! I see you have been hitting the King Dons hard since high school!"
