why? Is it because of an allergy? If you are trying to cook gluten free you can use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free baking flour, or just buy some of Pamela's peanut butter cookies....they aren't bad.

No, I can't imagine it. Sounds like just peanut butter to me. How can you make cookies without flour? Wish I could help.

It's possible, but I find it quite hard.
1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
SHAPE into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten each ball, in criss-cross pattern, with fork.
BAKE 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 1 min. Remove from baking sheets to wire racks; cool completely.

You could just get blobs of peanut butter and then put them in the oven, hmm it might work, and about one of the otehr answers that says you could just go to the store and then buy them, well if you did that
you could just buy the ingredients, but enjoy them if you do make them
