There is only one way to lose the pounds and feel like a million bucks. Run/jog or anything that will make you sweat off the fat in your belly and your face. Those diet pills will just make you sick and miserable. I started running a few years ago and its changed my life for the positive. Half an hour a day, thats all your body ask in return for the 15 plus hours you put it through. When you jog, be your own coach and motivate yourself through self-talk that you will lose the pounds and make it through another mile.

It depends on how fat you are now. If you are really fat, then it is easy to lose 5 lbs a week. However, if you are really only 15lbs overweight, it is going to be much harder for you to lose quickly. 2lbs a week is average. Best way to lose that small amount of weight is to keep eating really well, no starvation, have 3 really good super healthy meals that have mostly veggies and lean protein and exercise a lot.

Thats really unhealthy but yea 2 pounds a week is recomended. And the more weight you lose in less time the easier it comes back.
Take it slow and keep it off.

2 a week is healthy. in the first week of a new diet regimne , u are likely to lose more. Possibly up to 4.

Drink lots of water, walk lots, watch what you eat. I lost 15 pounds in 1 month, but I was eating very little, skipping din.

drinking mostly vitamin water helps greatly.
not drinking sodas and anything with much sugar will help increase the amount. however depending on your body it might not let you lose much weight if you are at a decent weight
