David Coverdale with Pink Floyd (just for fun!)
Geddy Lee with Opeth (don't you want to hear Geddy growl?)
Bon Scott with CCR
Paul Rodgers with Rolling Stones
Mick Jaggar with The Kinks
Jim Morrison with the Rolling Stones

Yea... this list is very random, I know, but if you think about it, wouldn't it sound very interesting?

EDIT:
Just imagine Coverdale singing Mother, really, just imagine it!
Yes I have heard that cover, came across it while looking at Floyd videos on youtube (it seems that Dream Theater did alot of Foyd covers too) it was um.... interesting, lol.

ok, The doorways and crimson Floyd. David Gilmour ought to not, sing for The doorways. i can not think of it turning out extraordinarily nicely. on the sluggish songs, like the Crystal deliver, could sound good, yet Gilmour would not have a similar form of capacity as Jim Morrison. Jim Morrison as a singer for crimson Floyd? Hmm. it rather is annoying to think of, probably, he ought to do Echoes some form of justice, careful With That awl, Eugene, his screaming might actually adventure.

I would like to hear Bryan Ferry with Metallica.
Or
Tom Jones with Deep Purple.

Steven W - Good choice! I can actually picture Lemmy singing Twisted Sisters "we're not gonna take it...no! we ain't gonna take it...we're not gonna take it anymore!"
Come to think of it, I can also picture Lemmy singing The Who classic "We're Not Gonna Take It" from the Tommy album too!
