if your trying to lose weight should i eat ceaser salad?

No it is not if you like it and want a healthy alternative order it but with the dressing on the side and then dip your fork in the dressing before you spear the salad for your bite. This is considered a rreasonable portion of dressing and will greatly reduce the number of calories

a ceaser salad with poultry would be a healthy choice. with out looking at whatever dressing is used it is 100% all natural and contains no processed items. so it would be only part of a diet with the main purpose of reducing body fat.

Caesar dressing usually has a ton of fat and calories in it because it has either eggs, oil, mayonnaise, or all three. Also, it has parmesan cheese and croutons...which aren't horrible...but still if you are trying to lose weight you might want to avoid them.

So, in short, no, not a healthy choice.

No, its loaded with calories. Best way to eat salad if you can is with no dressing. I like to pass on dressing and put fruit in my salad instead.. strawberries, blueberries, rasberries and blackberries work well.
