Can anyone tell me your experience with taking a prescription drug called Sertraline?

My doctor has me on this medication and I like to know everything about things I ingest.

Sertraline is the same drug as Zoloft. I take it. It helps with depression but impairs my sexual functioning.

When I got crushed and they put me back together I was given some of that. Just about every SSRI they had out there,plus the ones that mess with your dopamine. Drove me up a wall. The only one i felt different on was called , cannot remember. Here's the deal it's for low serotonin and if you want to see if it helps then take some 5 HTP.

This goes directly into your blood stream and doesn't get processed by the liver first. Now in Europe they prescribe St. John's Wort for 90% of people. That's will all our drugs at big discounts like Mexico and Canada, so it must be pretty good.

They tried me on the old kinds also. Had many side effects, but it did take my mind off problems as I was passing out when I got lup, gritting teeth, cramps, sinus out of this world, blood pressure and many more. So it did help with other things as it created more problems. i tried the SJW and 5htp with same effect, but no side effect, made me real edgy and ready to attack.

I take fish oil from the Zone and it works pretty good. unfortunately I am being attacked from evey angle and not much hope, so throw in a prayer if you can. Figure it will work out. But look up those two and resveratrol, it hhelps with that and pain, as it is a cox 1-2 inhibitor and works against most cancers, no joke. Take care (bp was my sisters) Also many take that stuff and have great results, it burns out the receptors so you only have a few and a steady supply of the serotonin and I don't think that's natural as your body has a ton of the stuff in it, but only about 2-3% in the brain.

Dont know.Never took it.But here in London we have a tube line called Central line,and is very bad,always crowded and late !
