Do you have to have a special body type to be 'stick skinny'?

nope...just the deep seated desire to be unhealthy in general and more concerned with the physical appearance.

I would say 'yes' and 'no.'

Because some people are naturally skinny. You might look at their elementary and high school pictures and they're just twigs. But they can't help that, it's just the way their body forms and their metabolism. Or it might be their super active lifestyle or diet, etc.

No, also because "body type" can fit into many categories. For example, I have never met a stick skinny Samoan person. By body type do you mean big boned? Or like...apple or pear shaped? Then no, stick skinny can be anyone...with a low body fat percentage and not as much muscle... (Notice, naturally stick skinny girls have less boobs, unless they are genetically blessed or have had surgery.)

I'd say curves are good. Healthy is healthy, no matter if you ARE stick skinny, which is beautiful as well or vuluptuous.

There are basically three body types and there isn't anything special about any one of them. Everybody fits into a category of small, medium or big boned. Small boned people are usually considered skinny.

All body types are healthy, fit and sexy with proper diet and exercise.

Stick skinny doesn't sound very healthy to me.
