John 14:6 (King James Version)
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
That indeed says that Christianity is the only true religion.

Unlike all other religions, Christianity alone possesses a founder who transcends death and who promises that His followers will do the same. All other (false) religions were founded by men and prophets whose end was the grave. As Christians, we take comfort in the fact that our God became man, died for our sins, was killed, and was resurrected the third day. The grave could not hold Him. He lives and He sits today at the right hand of God the Father in heaven. The living church has a living Head.

Following the Bible is the only true religion.
Ephesians 4:4-6
There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
John 14:6
I am the way, the truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
That sounds pretty cut and dry. Follow Christ (properly- According to how the Word of God says to do so), and you are a Christian. Thus, there is only one True religion- Christianity.

Jesus never promoted religion. Religion is the making of mankind to try and understand a God through man's invention. The only "true" way to find God is through a relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ. This is very easy to do on the surface, but hard to do through religion.

All religions are valid ways of reaching a better state for the soul, you must find what holds the most truth to you without harming others around you. What is true to you may hold false to others or me.

As a Muslim, we believe that Christianity was once right, but not anymore, there are many corruptions that has gotten into it, for example, the cross was the sign of the light of god of the romans, the eucharist, the trinity, they are all pagan, and has crept into Christianity. Every verse in the Bible has to be checked by itself, go ask a scholar and he will tell you that if he is honest, some verses are more authentic than others, some are fabrications, so first of all, we need to know if Jesus(pbuh) really said that, if he did, then Muslims dont have any problem with that, because we believe that Jesus(pbuh) was also a Muslim, and by that I mean that he submitted his will to God, which is what Muslim means. So at the time, Christianity was right, but not anymore. In that verse, there is no mention that Christianity will be the only way forever, so you see what I mean, he could have been talking about himself only for the time, because before him, Moses(pbuh) was the only way, then Jesus(pbuh), and then Muhammad(pbuh)
Thank you.

6Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
What other religious leader has EVER made a statement like that?

Yes. He is the narrow door and many will miss it!
"Truth is absolute and knowable and must be searched for diligently, but many will try to hide it, deny it or muddy it." - Bia Leung.
"Now is our chance to choose the right side. God is holding back to give us that chance. It won't last forever. We must take it or leave it." C.S. Lewis (atheist turned Christian after looking for truth!)
Christianity is a relationship with God and accepting Jesus as Lord and repenting and doing God's will! There are those that call themselves Christians that will not enter heaven and all those that don't accept Jesus... read John 3 14 to 21!
