A long time ago I thought that love was something that you reserved for some special set of people that you had judged worthy of it.

After a while I got to thinking about what Jesus had said about turning the other cheek and loving our neighbor I put the two together and realized that he had made no exceptions in these statements. It became obvious to me that he intended that we exclude no one from the love that we are supposed to be giving. I started thinking about my idea of love and suddenly realized that I had not been loving anyone at all. I had simply been judging everyone and every thing.

Judging someone worthy of love is not love, it is only judgment. I actually started to cry when I realized this. I saw just how much of my life I had wasted being judgmental, thinking of myself as a Christian, when I was actually doing just the opposite of what Jesus had asked us to do.

I thought about the verse judge not lest ye be judged, and I understood it for the first time.

I realized that I have a lot of catching up to do. So many opportunities were wasted. I now try to apply the love that I have for the world in a universal way like Jesus asks us to do.

If I start to feel afraid and think that I see someone that I should not love because of something I have thought or heard I try to catch my mistake as soon as possible. I tell myself that I have forgot the truth and have fallen for the same old trick that had cost me so many opportunities to be loving in the past. The horror of this realization is often all that is necessary to bring me back to my senses and make me drop the judgmental nonsense I was thinking.

I still have a lot to learn about love, but at least I’m making progress.

Love and blessings

Jesus is the way and the truth... He doesn't expect anything that God only has the right to expect.

God's laws are simple, effective and true. (The laws of Love).

We don't worship Man, we worship God! If we worship mankind, then you have to expect to not believe there is God. We can prove this through concept, principal and morale.

If we worshiped man, wouldn't there be a power hungry lust in the world today?... I mean, isn't there power hungry lust in the world TODAY??

Our faith has been soo blinded from the truth that we follow a text book that has been translated throughout MANY ages.

Don't get me wrong, but I DO believe in Jesus and God!

However, power hungry individuals within churches have corrupted our society today...
Look at all the hate, people having differences in WHO God and Jesus are.. it's amazing how society has become!

TRUE FAITH is believing HOW Jesus lived FOR God.
I can prove this!!!

Imagine what Jesus did, read the bible and write out all the things that he accomplished for the Gods Laws... (the laws of love)

Now take Jesus' teachings and compare them to your own goals in life.. did you make the impact that you can, in likeness and comparison to Jesus. Did you teach people like Jesus did...

God expects you to follow the Laws of Love.
Jesus IS an example to follow by.
Bible is a reference tool for guidelines...(why do you think it is soo confusing with all the names and stuff -so we can use it like a madlibs book where we suit it to our own lives)

The scriptures you stated hassle lots of those who start up interpreting the Bible. They hassle that they could ought to leave their relatives. no longer THE CASE. oftentimes once you start up interpreting with Jehovah's Witnesses relatives freak out because of each and every of the negative gossip they have heard. I had one student who theory she changed into going to be counseled to divorce her husband. good Grief. Jehovah created marriage and honors it. One Bible student i recognize of changed into informed through relatives he's ought to promote his living house. the position do human beings get those products!!!! the scriptures propose that the most pressure will come from relatives. it really is real in each and everything, extremely. If there's a separation it will be because you chosen the reality and they left. oftentimes taking a stand for the reality will make your relatives comprehend how important that is and they take yet another check out what you've tried to share. Pray, and believe Jehovah, understanding he needs what's ideal for you and all of your relatives.

The truth is we are to love the Lord our God with all of our heart, our soul, and our might and to love our neighbor as ourselves.

That becomes possible with the Holy Spirit who resides in us and loves unconditionally.

If we have Love for one another, they will know we are His. He wants us to love in Truth and deed. Doers of the Word, To feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the prisoners, and visit the orphans & widows in the times of their distress. To comfort one another in sickness in body & Spirit. To encourage and pray for one another. And to tell of His Great love for all.
Most of all He wants us to Love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind & Soul.

He knew the Comforter would lead us into what love is and how we actually could love our neighbors. He also knew we (human thought) did not, by default, love, and we rejected Him.
