one word: layers. If you have a top that is too low cut to be modest you can wear a lighter shirt underneath it so he still sees the low cut and it is cute, but you don't show off your chest. Also, if he likes skirts then maybe find one that matches the underneath layer so it draws more attention to it. As for jeans they are hotter when they are black, green, faded, or something else unusual. TO be honest alot of guys are more attracted to something new than something standard.

1. Don't impress him. Be yourself. If he can't love you for you, then the relationship is doomed.
2. Don't dress for him, dress for you. Either he will like it or not, but it's your body, not his.
3. Concentrate more on your education and less on boys. It's obvious you need too.
