I've always wondered when people lose wieght I know your fat disapears and is turned into energy, but whatever happens to all that skin? It seems like it just shrinks.

It is almost like it disappears, for the most part. That is of course, with exercising, the weight lifting the bending and stretching.

well your fat does not disappear your fat cells get smaller. usually if it is a lot of weight people get tummy tucks to fix the lose skin.

it shrinks but if you have lots of excess skin it hangs
