in terms of long term health the height and total bodyweight are irrelevant. the body composition or the amount of muscle and fat that you have is what really matters.

i'm a similar length. i'm 22 and weigh 12 stone 8lbs. i'm attempting to weight-alleviation plan and do greater workout. i think of employing the BMI scale i'm classed as obese, yet i think of it relatively is severe. im 5'2 and 130 granted i had a baby but its a healthy wait you shouldn't worry about it if you get over 150 then i would worry

Hey, I'm in exact same boat. 5' 2" and 132. Honestly. If you are happy with it, that's good. But, If you do want to do something, just walk and burn more calories than you eat. Hope this helps.

Idk if thats bad i am 13 5'4 130 (girl) got some guns( arms) rock solid legs and almost wash board abbs i dont think that it is bad to be 130 im fine with it you should be to but if not do 50 situps b4 bed every night and soon you will have washboard abbs

Not really. If you aren't happy with yourself, start a healthy diet plan (HEALTHY). Eating a well-balanced diet and a little exercise for someone your age never hurt!
