I cannot understand you, but I think the answer to your question is this, if you sign up for so many years, you need to serve those years, if your unit gets decommissioned or deactivated, then you need to serve in another unit. Your pay will stay the same.
However, if you are transferred from one unit to another, you may lose special pay, such as hazardous duty, overseas, comrats, seprats and other allowances that are based on your currant assignment

You do not get as much money when you are home as you do deployed. You have to pay taxes again, you lose Hazardous Fire Pay, Family Seperation, and any hardship pay. It should return to what you got before you left if nothing changed. Exceptions being change in rank and the yearly cost of living increase.

if is less than when they were in kosovo but if they went up in rank it will be a little bit higher than when they first left. but yes..it will be much less. look up how much you get payed for the rank they are and thats all you get when you are back in the states. plus..if you dont live on an army base you get BAH and if you are away from your spouse you get FSP.

im not sure mona, but what i think is that any1 who serves for the army should get paid the same when they come back home for a while as what they get paid when they are fighting for their country!!! and they should be getting paid ALOT for the dangerous heroic work they do!!!
