That's an incomplete sentence and thought. I am guessing the question since you didn't state it clearly. There is debate over the longterm effect of aluminum in many consumer products. Studies have linked it to Alzheimers Disease. Antacids probably should be avoided if they contain it.

Hmm...it sounds like english isnt your first language.
There is no known link between the tiny amount of aluminum or magnesium in antacids with any disease. It binds the Hydroxide (OH) group with free stomach acid (H) to neutralize it.
