It takes little longer time for scars to vanish . Do not scratch or squeez them. You can check this site for various acne, scar remedies

Hi Tram

You can try applying a little Benzoyl Peroxide Cream to the dark areas twice a day for a week or two and that often helps - in the UK you can buy it over the counter as 'Benoxy5' or 'Benoxy10'.

Use the 'Benoxy10' - thats stronger.

Somebody has also suggested derabrasion, that could work too - it certainly wont do you any harm.

The last resort treatments are Laser resurfacing or a Glycolic Acid peel done by a Doctor. The 'Harley Medical Group' I can personally recomend. I would avoid the 'over the counter' skin peeling treatments if I were you.

So, there are a few options too you, but I would try the cream first.

No cream I can think of will work. However, you can get a chemical peel, called a "Blue Peel! It's especially targeted to work for sun or acne damaged skin. It costs anywhere between $100-$200. For a week, your skin will continuously flake off, like dry skin. Afterwards, the scars will disappear or diminish. If necessary, this procedure can be repeated. For more information, ask a certified Plastic Surgeon!

You can go to a Dermatologist and they can do an abrasion treatment that will get rid of the dark spots. Also you can use a fading cream.
