Cut it only slighty making a circle around that is about 1/4 inch deep into the skin, then break it apart. Repeat that procedure so you have quarters. Place the fruit on a dish and you can dig out the seeds. Don't eat the seed, just the red jelly like fruit around it. I love the way they taste - both sweet and sour, but they are a lot of work, and they stani your hands and clothing. Enjoy!

You open it and eat the seeds. You are probably better cutting it in 4 or 8 pieces. It's pretty good. Basically you suck the juice out of the seeds.

Peel it, then loosen the seeds and use them in salads or eat straight.

Find a "flat" part of the pom, and use a paring knife to cut into the leathery skin. Then use your fingers to peel skin to expose red seeds in the "bulbous" area of the pom.

Cut it in half, scoop out the seeds and eat them! Indian apples are GREAT!! Be careful, though. The juice stains.
