Yes, I know god doesn't work like that. At least, not very often. There was that whole thing with Job and the wager with Satan, but that was a long time ago. Anyway -- if it was the only way to save an unbeliever's soul, would you give up your place in heaven?

If I did they wouldn't believe me.
If they don't believe Jesus Christ why would they believe me?

"He answered, 'Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father's house, for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.'

"Abraham replied, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.'

" 'No, father Abraham,' he said, 'but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.'

"He said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.' "

Going to hell wouldn't save anyone. Jesus went into hell when his body was in the grave and emptied hell and made a mockery of the devil then. There are people who will go there upon judgment and many being held in hades now who are not fit for heaven.
If they won't accept what Jesus did, why should I give up my place? NO is the answer. It can't be done anyway.

No. The parable of the ten virgins waiting for the groom to arrive for the wedding is a perfect example of that. Five of the ladies brought extra oil for their lamps and five only brought their lamps with the oil in it. The Groom was late, the ladies fell asleep waiting and when the groom finally came only half of the women had oil for their lamps. The other half asked for some but the ones with the oil said no because then there will be none for us so go and buy some. The ladies went to buy some but by the time they got the oil and returned the groom had come and gone into the wedding. The ladies knocked on the banquet doors and were refused entry because they did not come into the wedding with the groom and were not recognized. They were told to go away because the groom did not know them.
The point of the parable is that you cannot pay for someone Else's sin. You cannot lend your faith to someone else. We all are responsible for our own decisions and our own faith. No one else.
So no. I would not go to hell for someone who does not believe in my Lord God. I can't lend them my faith it is up to them to do it themselves.

I saw that other question and I've been thinking about it.
In order for me to go to hell, whether of my own doing or on the behalf of someone else, I would have to deny my Christ.

While I would do almost anything to see an unsaved person saved, I think I would have to draw the line at denying Christ.

The Bible says to reach out to people but beware not to get singed in your efforts.

So, the answer is no.

I talked to God in a dream as quickly as. He took this form of Rip Torn. He took a joint and touched the tip, behold, it replaced into lit. I dropped it in a puddle and it have been given moist. He picked it up and behold, it replaced into rapidly dry. He then proceeded to take between the main vast hits I even have ever witnessed in my existence. I took the perfect hit and placed it out. We bantered for slightly. generally with questions like "it relatively is not your actual voice is it?" To which he spoke back "Oh God no!". He then pulled out a baggie of pot and exceeded it to me. He then mentioned "share this consisting of your friends who've been smoking a at an identical time as." He then disappeared and that i replaced into left on a depressing highway to start the walk back to someplace. i do no longer additionally be responsive to the place. God is a stoner, i'm a prophet, and violence is incorrect. Welcome to united statesa.. (by employing the way, it relatively is a real tale :P)

Praise God, I will never have to answer that question, because I could not pay the price that was needed to save anyone. Jesus already did that- and He paid the price for atheists as well- however the gift is not redeemed unless it is taken. I will hate to see anyone go to hell, however to pay the price for someone else's salvation, I could never do that.- sorry- however Jesus has.

No, as they have the right to choose God and Heaven or Hell and Satan, they choose poorly.

NO. I choose heaven. Heaven is offered to everyone, what kind of mind even suggest that. Jesus is the perfect sacrifice for our sins. You either take His offer of deny it. Your choice. There is a reason why God gave us our free will.

i honestly don't think i would be able to, because i don't think i have the strength to do that. I care a lot about other people and what's gonna happen to them, and i have a lot of friends that i don't think are gonna make it to heaven, and it scares me to death to think of them or anyone else spending an eternity in hell. i would LOVE to be able to have the strength to do that, i would save everyone if i could.

if you made some heroic act to save an unbeliever God would never send you to hell for it. what good would that do? No sane person could answer yes to this question.

I agree with Molly S. I would never deny Jesus. Not for anyone. He is suppose to be first in our lives, even above our spouse or children, or parents.
