I am aware that low calorie dieting and exercise are crucial, but would going through with a fat-burning body wrap procedure do anything good? Or are the results only temporary? And are there any negative health effects to doing this? If you have a personal story or experience with them, please share! Thanks!

they are effective at reducing the contents of your wallet. you can't spot reduce fat. these gimics are nothing but scams praying on those who don't really know any better and are looking for the quick fix.

wraps only reduce water weight temporarily and have absolutely no effect on lipolysis (fatty acid oxidation).

No. Anything that sounds too good to be true, is. It's just very very temporary, mostly water weight and really unhealthy.
