I would say if it existed it's probably in pieces by now. How long do you think such a thing could last anyway?
Here's another thought. The whole world had been under water for a little over a year. Building materials were probably hard to come by. This also supports my theory the ark is probably in pieces by now.

Mt. Ararat...but that is if it is still in existance.
Noah had no means to move it, or the desire I'm sure, so it would be there still.

Right where they left it I suppose and it seems that there is some remains on Ararat but up so high they can't get equipment there to clear around it
