I like soup for lunch but I'm worried it might be worse to eat a lot of soup than better.

Is this ok, if I have it with a wholemeal bread roll and and apple??

yeah i would just check that the sodium content was not too high in some of the prepacked soups , maybe make up some of your own?

u can eat soup and half of a sandwich and maybe a fruit
