It's different in every city in the United States. You have to call every ISP in the USA to ascertain the best and cheapest price.

Not every ISP charges the same price and it depends on any additional services you may purchase: i.e., cable, telephone, etc., high-speed Internet, etc.

I would never go back to Dial-up. However, Netzero was a fair price. However, I was constantly bombarded with ads, emails promoting all sorts of junk from Netzero and all it's 'affiliate' companies, (United, Lmt.) When it came time to cancel, I reached India, and had to call at least a dozen times. They would not de-activate my account. In fact, they would add more features. I had to contact the main office, (a real hassle) in Woodland Hills, CA. It took about a month to complete the disconnect!!!! Worse than AOL...

Well I personally wouldn't do dial - up. I would do At&t for 14.99 a month and you get broadband. But if you can't get broadband due to your area than go with Netzero for 9.99 but don't do peoplepc, thanks
