1. They got shiny badges on their chests that give them carte blanche to do ANYTHING they want.
2. They have guns....You dont...At least they are trying to take them all away...

What is harassment? Being pulled over once in a while? A consensual encounter? a pedestrian stop? A Terry stop? You need to give further information. Based on most police officer's training and experience it is known that drug dealers hand w/ drug dealers. Burglars frequent other burglars. Prostitutes stand with other prostitutes. And, gang members bang with other bangers. So, for an officer to have frequent contacts with you would not be out of the ordinary.

Under no sircumstances, police have no right to harass anyone for any reason, My suggestion is you avoid them or confront them LEGALLY using lawyers
