Well, man created God, who created man. Kind of like the chicken/egg dilemma.
All the Gods worshiped by man in ancient times were also created by man. They were all supposed to have created the universe as well.
Some religions/faiths believe a bird created the universe, so maybe it all does get back to the chicken.
So you could say the chicken is more complex than the egg or the egg is more complex than the chicken it will become, so maybe the universe created God so God could create the universe.
See? It's simple.

Since you want to rely on a popular science "authority," I heard Sagan say once "The universe evolved consciousness in order to look at itself," as though the universe was in infinite entity, but he didn't say why or even posit the question of why is it doing this, because, like you, he was avoiding the probability of God. The issue isn't whether God exists and if He does then who created Him, and because of that logical fallacy, then why not the universe always existing. The issue is why would and how did matter evolve life. Science also believes the universe had a beginning from the big bang, which you conveniently left from your argument, so they also must believe, logically, that the universe must have an end. What you're doing is saying that the belief in God is illogical to you and that you believe in science's narrow and illogical belief in Darwin. You can believe what you want, but it's only that, a belief, no different than the belief in God. What you're not answering still is how and why is there space, matter and energy, and how could and why would mindless and purposeless matter evolve into living forms of individual “beings” with self-centered egos that they identify with and then struggle to survive and procreate? Life and evolution of humans couldn't have happened by random chance, even over an infinite amount of time, because there is no cause for matter to do that, not unless there is a designer and a purpose for it.

Please note there is a cause for the existence of the Universe, we just don't know what it is yet. No creator was involved.
The belief that God does not need a creator or something that caused his existence is a copout because those who tout this don't have an answer.

Um, no, only our finite minds believe everything has to have a beginning.
However, the initial point is valid; it is surely more rational to think basic matter and energy have always existed than to think an incredibly powerful and complex being simply is, with no beginning and no evolutionary process. Creationism is self-contradictory.

One day mankind will be able to decipher the universe (its already progressed much) but you'll never see them decipher God. Considering how complex the universe is, just imagine how complex the entity that created it is!

The idea that all things must have a beginning is incorrect.
God, space, and matter have always existed, and always will. They are endless.
God organizes already existant matter into planets etc.

cuz God has ALWAYS BEEN THERE, and ALWAYS WILL. you know, when we all leave this world, we can ask him, but right now, it's just one of those wonderful things that you have to believe while not seeing. No, nothing made him...he is the Almighty, he was not created, and he can't be destroyed. You know? Believe without Seeing...it makes the world brighter, and read the Bible. it's gonna enlighten you sooooo much, you're gonna love it. The universe, 'as complex as it is' my butt. I don't care what the world is saying, this is God we're talking about, and i know that no one believes it, that nothing possibly created him, but it happened. Here we are, we're living proof, now aren't we?

It's faith. I don't know how and i don't know all the why's but that's the beauty of god. He's so big that it's impossible to wrap your head around him. If you understood it, it wouldn't be faith at all.
It's like Africa i guess. I know it's there, because i've heard it's there. i've never been there, I've never seen it, but i've experienced Africa and African culture in some way, shape, or form, so i faith that it exisits. I can't phsyically see God, but I see him all over this crazy place and i have faith that he exists.
It takes as much faith to belive he exists as it does to belive that he dosen't.
