I've heard if you buy a used car in CA but live in AZ I will not have to pay sales tax in either state? But if I buy new in CA and live in AZ I will have to pay sales tax in AZ. Is What I've heard true or false?

Does AZ have sales tax? I think when you go to register it in AZ you have to pay. You then wouldn't pay in CA.

In California license plates stay with the vehicle whilst offered. Does this vehicle not have plates for some reason? if so, that still capacity it would not have evidence of modern-day registration. by no capacity a physically powerful theory to contemplate finding out to purchase a vehicle devoid of modern-day registration.
