Will I loose weight if I were to fasting and excercise at the same time?

Probably, but exercising can break down your muscles and you need protein to build them back up stronger. You probably need more then that but I'm not that knowledgeable

fasting is a bad idea. if i wanted to lose weight, i would eat limited portions (but not exactly small ones) a few times a day, and exercise. fasting won't help, and it just affects you in a negative way. good luck ;D

if by weight you mean muscle mass then yes.

fasting and exercising is an excellent way to decrease muscle mass which decreases the metabolic rate making weight gain much easier in the future.

fasting a month = 3-5 kg so if you exercise it will loose weight more faster although i don't recommend it

no don't starve yourself. all you gotta do is eat whats right and exercise about 4 days a week 30 - 45 minutes each. and remember to stay away form junk foods. drink plenty of water.
