Actually your knowledge of genetics (and spelling) is appalling. The smaller the gene pool is a more 'perfect' genetic specimen. After the mutations generation and generation the gene pool is polluted with these mutations and anomalies.
Spelling: Tay Sachs.

Tay-Sachs (sp?) disease is, as you stated, a genetic disease occurring in small, inbred populations. It is not something God created; it is simply the consequence of marrying close relations for several generations.

At least learn to spell. Tay-Sachs disease (abbreviated TSD, also known as GM2 gangliosidosis, Hexosaminidase A deficiency or Sphingolipidosis) is a genetic disorder, uniformly fatal in its most common variant. So, what was your question again?

Psalm 103:2: Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
God is the healer not the god that makes you sick. That is what the devil does.
