Recent study says that people who are "chubby" tend to be more naturally healthy and have a better chance of living longer then skinny or obese people.
When most girls post a question about losing weight and saying they wanna be healthy, is it that they just say that to cover the fact that they mite be concious about their image regardless of their health?

Most girls have been brain washed by the media as to what is attractive, and yes, they think being thin is good.

That is why we have many people who suffer from anorexia, and bulimia.

Your weight is never going to be what some chart says, because we are not straight up and down, we have size, what is important is your body fat percentages.

Yep, women are like that. They dont like to admit it though. They are perfectly healthy, but they are not "in". That is how most women end up anorexic. They want to be popular. If the cool crowd is skinny and underweight, they will lose weight to be like them. Which is ruining their health.

People who are chubby might be more comfortable with themselves. Being obessed with ones weight or diet or fitness can be bad for mental health which can shorten your lifespan.

lack of common sense in regards to thought about lifetime health and fitness. they are too concerned with fitting in with the skinny crowd in high school and wearing certain size clothing instead of filling their heads with knowledge.
